I'm Diana Arlett, a personal trainer and holistic therapist who has spent the greater part of two decades studying the real world, personal development, fitness, nutrition and holistic sciences.  

I am a qualified PT, yoga, pilates and meditation teacher. I also help people create lasting changes using hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. 

I create integrated wellness regimes that are tailored to my clients unique needs.

We work together to rewire the conscious and subconscious mind so desired results can be achieved effortlessly.
